Martyn has a wealth of property expertise and has dealt with a variety of issues for public sector clients. He and the team are able to advise on all types of property transactions including the acquisitions of land and regeneration, road and sewer agreements, shared ownership schemes, right to buy / acquire, leases of commercial premises, development agreements and planning and environmental issues.
The team currently act for a Registered Social Landlord in relation to general property advice, Right to Buy Sales and a major local regeneration of a housing estate in partnership with a national housebuilder.
