Ian is part of a 6 strong team of specialist corporate and commercial lawyers in the firm. He joined the commercial team in 2000 when he moved back to his home town of Grimsby having spent the previous seven years working in London for two high profile city law firms.
Ian has over 17 years experience in dealing with a variety of corporate and commercial matters and advises public sector clients on matters such as funding, charitable status advice, internal governance processes, company formation and commercial contracts.
