David Buckle
Partner and Head of Litigation Department
David heads the litigation department at Wilkin Chapman but has specialised almost exclusively in employment law for over 20 years. He is widely regarded as the leading expert in employment law in the region, advising many of the leading businesses in the region and beyond. He is experienced both as an adviser and as an Employment Tribunal advocate across the full range of employment law issues including contracts of employment, policies and procedures, discrimination cases, unfair dismissal and redundancy. He and the team offer training on new legislation, invite clients to attend webinars and distribute free monthly e-bulletin updates.
David is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He is a Governor of Franklin College and Honorary Icelandic Consul for Grimsby.
