Jonathan Goolden is a solicitor and an accredited mediator with 16 years local government experience acquired in private practice, two metropolitan borough councils, as a chief legal officer in a district council and as the chief officer of a police authority. He was a monitoring officer for six years and has worked for Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrat / Labour alliance administrations.
